Overnight Monthly Parking

The Overnight Monthly Parking Program now has extended hours and 1 free sick day per month.

Become an Overnight Monthly Parker for $125 per month and enjoy the following benefits:

  • Garage Access weekdays from 3:30pm - 9:30am the following day
     
  • Park all day Saturdays/Sundays and designated holidays
     
  • Receive 1 “Sick Day” per month (not to be accumulated) for those days when you just don’t feel like getting out of bed to move your car.

Night monthly customers are subject to the same rules and regulations as regular monthlies in addition to the following:

  1. The monthly rate is $125.00 and is subject to change with 30 days notice.
  2. The vehicle must be removed from the garage by 9:30 am and not enter before 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. During the restricted time the card is locked out of the garage, but it may be used to exit.
  3. Vehicles left in the garage after 9:30 am will be automatically charged $25.00 per day.
  4. Customers who enter before 3:30 pm must take a ticket and pay the regular hourly/daily rates using the ticket.
  5. The vehicle may be in the garage any time on weekends and holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
  6. Only credit cards are accepted for payment of monthly and daily charges.
  7. Vehicles may not be left in the garage for more than 5 days without notifying garage management.
  8. Customers get one free “sick day” per month (not to be accumulated) when they can leave the vehicle in after 9:30 am. It may not be used to enter before 3:30 pm nor is reentry allowed before 3:30 pm.  There is no need to notify the office when using a sick day. It is recorded automatically.
  9. First and last month payments are required at the start of the agreement.  Monthly charges are for calendar months and are not prorated.  30 days notice via email (admin@pialleygarage.com) with a return confirmation email is required to cancel.  A $25.00 fee will be charged for lost or unreturned cards.
